The current EU-discussions about combating tax-havens now gets a new perspective - this time from Finland the managing director of the Finnish Pension Alliance (Tela), Suvi-Anne Siimes, says that she finds it “virtually impossible” for pension insurance companies with international investments to avoid investments in tax havens.
Minister of Finance Minister of Finance Jutta Urpilainen (SDP), has urged the companies to avoid investment in for instance Luxembourg, but that would be bad for future pensioners, the insurers stess.
